How far each card reaches

Made by engine/run-profiles.ts. Counts are out of the 92 real-group profiles as given, 43 mutual aid groups and 49 worker co-ops and close relatives. Recommended counts every recommended card, which has no cap, and Shown counts the cards in the seven. With fixes gives both counts after the marks in _marksToConfirm.json, only where they change.
