The size screen now offers the five member-count bands the recommendation engine already scores on. The labels no longer overlap at 100, and a group cannot leave the screen until one band is chosen.
Changes
Size chips read One member, 2 to 5, 6 to 12, 13 to 100, and More than 100. A count of 100 belongs to 13 to 100. More than 100 starts at 101.
The helper line asks groups to count the people who have a say in big decisions, and says people who take part without a vote can be recorded later in setup.
The footer button reads Confirm size and stays disabled until one band is selected. Choosing another band replaces the current one.
Chip ids are unchanged, so deck scoring is unchanged. More than 100 is still oneHundredToOneHundredK.
A saved draft that had more than one size keeps the first band.

How to Test
Run npm run dev and open /create/community-size.
Confirm the five labels above, and the helper line about people who have a say in big decisions.
With no band selected, confirm Confirm size is disabled.
Choose 13 to 100, then More than 100. Only More than 100 stays selected, and Confirm size becomes enabled.
Choose Confirm size and confirm the flow moves to the photo step.
At a phone width, confirm the chips wrap onto two rows and sit above the footer. At a desktop width, confirm the question stays in the left column and the chips stay in the right.
Notes
Scoring data and the engine are untouched.
The template path that collects only name, description, and photo still skips this screen.
