adilalloandCursor 5bd49eaed8 Keep the three logo-wall marks in a centered cluster instead of stretching them across the page. 
The space-between row was drawn for six logos; three marks looked abandoned at the edges.

adilalloandCursor ea85be2287 Replace Create-rule header portraits with real PNGs so the circles paint. 
The old SVG wrappers nested corrupt PNGs, so browsers fetched the files but showed empty rings.

Puts Workshops in the header, pairs the hero with a static rule card and breakpoint CTAs, and shows the three pilot marks with no wall label.
