Theme colors, radius, stroke, focus rings, and type were still on older names and values. This points them at the Figma scales so the marketing rebuild and new sections pick up the right tokens instead of pastels, the blue focus glow, or the old type metrics.
Changes
One radius scale (500 is 24px) and one border scale. Duplicate spacing, radius, and stroke aliases are gone.
Brand surfaces: pastel fills move to invert brand; default brand is the dark Figma steps. Inverse color names collapse to invert. Light-mode tokens are removed.
Hue text on Feature Grid tiles uses invert brand content so contrast holds on those fills.
Focus rings use the two-ring shadow tokens (no #3281F8 glow). Text fields, chips, checkboxes, radios, and similar edges use the control border.
Button danger is a boolean beside type. Hover and active labels follow the invert/primary contrast steps.
Type scale is the role-first set (display, heading, label, paragraph, link). Old class names stay as aliases. Inter loads italic; Space Grotesk is no longer loaded.
Upload gains a state axis and hasLabel; Incrementer Block can dim and disable both buttons.
Screenshots
How to Test
npm run dev and open /.
Check the hero type (Bricolage medium, not regular) and the four pastel Feature Grid tiles: descriptions should be the darker hue text, not the old hex.
Start a rule at /create and tab a text field, select, chip, checkbox, or upload: focus should be the white-and-black two-ring, not a blue glow; unselected edges should be the gray control border.
On /profile, a destructive button should stay red; hover and press should use the updated label colors.
Optional: Storybook Button (danger boolean), Text Input / Text Area focus, Chip unselected, Upload states.
npx tsc --noEmit, npx vitest run, npx next build.
Notes
Button and chip strokes stay at 1.5px / 1.25px until Design reports which Border step they use.
Quote Block still references undefined spacing-scale-080 / spacing-scale-112; Card Steps still references undefined spacing-measures-max-width-lg. Those never applied, so they were left alone.
palette="inverse" is unchanged; only the color tokens underneath are invert.
Helper / trailing icon prop names on Select were not renamed.
