Published rules were all treated the same in the catalog, the on-page document did not match Markdown export, share banners covered the header, and completed-rule titles pinned to the top on small screens. This keeps share-by-link for every published rule, limits catalog/sitemap/index to listed rules, matches heading and list markup to export, moves banners below the nav, and lets mobile titles scroll with the document.
Changes
Listed vs unlisted published rules: readable at /rules/[id] either way; catalog, sitemap, and indexing only for listed rules (owned, or orphaned after account delete). Guest-claim rules stay unlisted and noindex until claimed.
Semantic document tree: section + h2 for sections, article + h3/h4 and lists for entries, matching Markdown export.
Create-flow and use-case banners sit below the top nav (top-14 md:top-16) so Share stays clickable.
Small screens: completed-rule titles (use-case demos and /create/completed) scroll away with the document. From md up, the title still stays in the left column.
How to Test
Run the app locally (npm run dev).
Open a listed published rule at /rules/[id]: it loads, is indexable, and appears in /sitemap.xml.
Open a guest-claim (unlisted) rule by its share URL: the page loads, it is not in the catalog or sitemap, and the HTML includes noindex.
Compare the on-page outline to Markdown export: section titles as h2, entry titles as h3, nested blocks as h4, lists as lists.
On /create/completed and a use-case completed rule, trigger a share/copy banner: Share stays clickable; the banner sits below the top nav.
Narrow viewport (~390px / below md): scroll a long completed rule (Food Not Bombs, Mutual Aid, Street Medics, and create-flow completed). The title leaves the screen with the document.
Wide viewport (md and up): the title stays in the left column while the rule scrolls on the right.
Notes
Guest-claim rules remain reachable by anyone with the link; they are only kept out of discovery (catalog, sitemap, indexing) until claimed.
## Overview
Published rules were all treated the same in the catalog, the on-page document did not match Markdown export, share banners covered the header, and completed-rule titles pinned to the top on small screens. This keeps share-by-link for every published rule, limits catalog/sitemap/index to listed rules, matches heading and list markup to export, moves banners below the nav, and lets mobile titles scroll with the document.
## Changes
- Listed vs unlisted published rules: readable at `/rules/[id]` either way; catalog, sitemap, and indexing only for listed rules (owned, or orphaned after account delete). Guest-claim rules stay unlisted and `noindex` until claimed.
- Semantic document tree: `section` + `h2` for sections, `article` + `h3`/`h4` and lists for entries, matching Markdown export.
- Create-flow and use-case banners sit below the top nav (`top-14 md:top-16`) so Share stays clickable.
- Small screens: completed-rule titles (use-case demos and `/create/completed`) scroll away with the document. From `md` up, the title still stays in the left column.
## How to Test
1. Run the app locally (`npm run dev`).
2. Open a **listed** published rule at `/rules/[id]`: it loads, is indexable, and appears in `/sitemap.xml`.
3. Open a **guest-claim** (unlisted) rule by its share URL: the page loads, it is not in the catalog or sitemap, and the HTML includes `noindex`.
4. Compare the on-page outline to Markdown export: section titles as `h2`, entry titles as `h3`, nested blocks as `h4`, lists as lists.
5. On `/create/completed` and a use-case completed rule, trigger a share/copy banner: Share stays clickable; the banner sits below the top nav.
6. Narrow viewport (~390px / below `md`): scroll a long completed rule (Food Not Bombs, Mutual Aid, Street Medics, and create-flow completed). The title leaves the screen with the document.
7. Wide viewport (`md` and up): the title stays in the left column while the rule scrolls on the right.
## Notes
- Guest-claim rules remain reachable by anyone with the link; they are only kept out of discovery (catalog, sitemap, indexing) until claimed.

Guest publishes remain share-by-link but stay out of the catalog and sitemap, and their pages send noindex until claimed. The published-rule view now uses heading and list markup matching Markdown export, and top banners sit below the header so Share is not covered.

The heading still stays in the left column on desktop; on mobile it
moves with the document instead of pinning to the top of the viewport.
