Show the whole Rule on one review card, with quiet flags for missing cards and Continue once each question has one.

Clear leftover setup answers on template paths that skip those questions, and treat Continue as an edit so restored ticks are not overwritten.

Import the remade decks on stable ids and recommend one card per job, so a saved draft still loads after a chip is renamed.
...
The real-group profiles stay as a test, so a change that moves a pick fails.

Let Use without changes from a template collect identity instead of the full questionnaire.

Direct catalog picks walk name, description, and photo, then stakeholders; leftover drafts no longer skip that path. In-flow template picks keep community identity. Exit on a direct template preview leaves immediately because nothing has been collected yet.
