Protocolbot 5c4c6f4874 fix: remove cultural identifiers from protocol titles for consistency
Cultural context remains in descriptions. Titles now uniformly use the
practice name without prefixing the culture, country, religion, or people.
e.g. 'Quaker Meeting for Worship' -> 'Meeting for Worship',
'Moroccan Jmaa Village Assembly' -> 'Jmaa Village Assembly',
'Aboriginal Yarning Circle' -> 'Yarning Circle'.

43 titles updated across the seed library.

steps:
- headline: Recognise the obligation
description: >-
When a household within the utari (kin network) faces a birth, death,
harvest, or hardship, the network recognises an obligation to assist.
- headline: Gather helpers
description: >-
A senior member calls the utari together, naming the need and the
households who will contribute labour, food, or presence.
- headline: Work and share food
description: >-
The network gathers, works the task together, and shares a meal. The
host household provides; helpers bring what they can.
- headline: Reciprocate in turn
description: >-
Each contributing household knows its turn will come. The obligation is
ongoing, not transactional.
outcome: >-
No household faces major life events alone; the utari binds the community
through acknowledged mutual dependence.
practice: >-
Utari is not charity — it is kinship obligation. Honour reciprocity across
time; do not extract help without offering it when called.
