Protocolbot 5c4c6f4874 fix: remove cultural identifiers from protocol titles for consistency
Cultural context remains in descriptions. Titles now uniformly use the
practice name without prefixing the culture, country, religion, or people.
e.g. 'Quaker Meeting for Worship' -> 'Meeting for Worship',
'Moroccan Jmaa Village Assembly' -> 'Jmaa Village Assembly',
'Aboriginal Yarning Circle' -> 'Yarning Circle'.

43 titles updated across the seed library.

title: Musyawarah-Mufakat
description: >-
An Indonesian practice of deliberation (musyawarah) leading to consensus
(mufakat), rooted in Javanese village tradition and enshrined in the
Indonesian state philosophy of Pancasila. The method emphasises reaching
agreement through patient discussion rather than voting.

steps:
- headline: Open with silaturahmi
description: >-
The gathering opens with silaturahmi — the strengthening of
relationships — so discussion proceeds from established connection.
- headline: Musyawarah — deliberate patiently
description: >-
Participants discuss the matter at length, hearing all views. The
facilitator (often a village elder) ensures no voice is silenced and
seeks the points all can accept.
- headline: Mufakat — reach consensus
description: >-
Discussion continues until mufakat — consensus — is reached. There is
no vote; the group waits until all can accept the outcome.
- headline: Pronounce and record
description: >-
The consensus is pronounced and recorded. The decision carries the
weight of the whole community's agreement.
outcome: >-
A decision is reached that all participants can accept, without
outvoting a minority, through patient deliberation.
practice: >-
Patience is the form. If the facilitator forces a vote or imposes
closure, the mufakat is hollow. Silaturahmi is not preamble — it is the
ground.
