I think we should rethink how we represent outcomes on cases. Success/failure feels like an overly subjective, likely controversial classification. Let's rethink how we do this:

  • Should we have a separate "status" field apart from tags (it is in the metadata but not on the current website)
  • What other dimensions would be insightful: active/inactive, aborted, completed, etc.
