# MEDLab personnel documents

This directory contains documents related to personnel working with MEDLab.
|
|
|
|
## Agreements policy [Draft 2026.04.29]
|
|
|
|
All active MEDLab personnel, including leadership, must have an active agreement on file in the MEDLab Cloud, where agreements are accessible to other active personnel. This is a minimum requirement for the following:
|
|
|
|
* MEDLab role and title
|
|
* Access to the Cloud system
|
|
* Public profile on the website
|
|
|
|
For paid roles, supervisors should fill out evaluations at the middle and end of each term of work, and any points of tension or concern should be discussed with the supervisor. |
