Protocolbot d19a75ace4 fix: rename seed files and IDs to match cleaned titles
All 100 seed YAML files now have:
- Filenames that match their id field
- IDs that are slugs of their titles
- No cultural identifiers in titles or IDs

70 files renamed. e.g. quaker-meeting-for-worship.yaml -> meeting-for-worship.yaml,
moroccan-jmaa-village.yaml -> jmaa-village-assembly.yaml,
japanese-hansei.yaml -> hansei-reflection.yaml

title: Bod Kyi Gtam Story Council
description: >-
A Tibetan practice of using narrative (gtam) in council and teaching to
convey ethical and practical wisdom, where an elder tells a story whose
meaning the listeners draw out themselves. Rooted in Tibetan Buddhist
and folk traditions of teaching through narrative rather than
proposition.

steps:
- headline: Convene for the story
description: >-
The elder or teacher convenes the group — a family, a council, a
class — and announces that a story will be told. The listeners
settle.
- headline: Tell the story
description: >-
The elder tells the story without explaining its meaning. The
narrative is left to work on the listeners; the teller does not
moralise.
- headline: Sit with the story
description: >-
After the telling, the group sits in silence. Listeners let the story
settle; they do not immediately analyse or extract a lesson.
- headline: Invite reflections
description: >-
The elder invites reflections — what the story brought up, what it
asked. Listeners speak from their own encounter with the narrative,
not to agree on a single meaning.
- headline: Close without resolution
description: >-
The gathering closes without a forced resolution. The story is left
to continue working; its meaning is not pinned.
outcome: >-
The group receives wisdom through narrative that resists reduction to
proposition, with each listener drawing their own meaning.
practice: >-
The discipline is not to explain the story. If the elder moralises, the
form collapses into lecture. Let the silence after the telling do its
work.
