Protocolbot d19a75ace4 fix: rename seed files and IDs to match cleaned titles
All 100 seed YAML files now have:
- Filenames that match their id field
- IDs that are slugs of their titles
- No cultural identifiers in titles or IDs

70 files renamed. e.g. quaker-meeting-for-worship.yaml -> meeting-for-worship.yaml,
moroccan-jmaa-village.yaml -> jmaa-village-assembly.yaml,
japanese-hansei.yaml -> hansei-reflection.yaml

title: Ayni and Minga Reciprocal Labour
description: >-
A Quechua and Aymara practice of reciprocal collective labour, where
community members take turns working each other's fields or projects with
no money exchanged. Originating in Andean communities of Peru, Bolivia,
and Ecuador, ayni is bilateral reciprocity and minga is collective work
for a common good.

steps:
- headline: Identify the need
description: >-
A household or community body names a task that exceeds one family's
capacity — a harvest, a roof, a irrigation canal repair.
- headline: Call the ayni or minga
description: >-
The host calls on neighbours and kin to gather on a set day. The
expectation is reciprocal: those who come today will be helped
tomorrow.
- headline: Work together
description: >-
The group works the full day together, with the host providing food,
drink (often chicha), and coca. Work is accompanied by song and shared
rhythm.
- headline: Acknowledge the debt
description: >-
The host publicly acknowledges the contribution; a tally is kept in
memory, not on paper. Each helper has earned a future call.
outcome: >-
A task too large for one household is completed; reciprocal obligations
are created and honoured, strengthening community bonds.
practice: >-
Ayni breaks down when helpers do not receive reciprocal help. The system
depends on memory and mutual obligation; do not let ayni become unpaid
labour for those who never call their own.
