Protocolbot 5c4c6f4874 fix: remove cultural identifiers from protocol titles for consistency
Cultural context remains in descriptions. Titles now uniformly use the
practice name without prefixing the culture, country, religion, or people.
e.g. 'Quaker Meeting for Worship' -> 'Meeting for Worship',
'Moroccan Jmaa Village Assembly' -> 'Jmaa Village Assembly',
'Aboriginal Yarning Circle' -> 'Yarning Circle'.

43 titles updated across the seed library.

steps:
- headline: Open the majlis
description: >-
The host opens the majlis at an agreed time; all are welcome without
appointment, in keeping with the practice's accessibility.
- headline: Receive attendees
description: >-
The host greets each attendee and offers hospitality — typically
coffee and dates — establishing a relationship of welcome.
- headline: Hear the matters
description: >-
Attendees raise matters of concern, whether personal disputes,
community issues, or requests of the host. The host listens to each in
turn.
- headline: Respond and consult
description: >-
The host responds, offers counsel, or refers the matter to those with
the relevant authority, consulting those present as appropriate.
- headline: Close with thanks
description: >-
The majlis closes when all matters are heard; attendees depart with
thanks, leaving the relationship intact for the next gathering.
outcome: >-
Community members access decision-makers directly; matters are heard and
addressed within a relationship of mutual respect.
practice: >-
Accessibility is the heart of the majlis. If the host becomes hard to
reach, the form is lost. Hospitality is not decoration — it signals the
equality of guest and host.
