fix: rename seed files and IDs to match cleaned titles
All 100 seed YAML files now have: - Filenames that match their id field - IDs that are slugs of their titles - No cultural identifiers in titles or IDs 70 files renamed. e.g. quaker-meeting-for-worship.yaml -> meeting-for-worship.yaml, moroccan-jmaa-village.yaml -> jmaa-village-assembly.yaml, japanese-hansei.yaml -> hansei-reflection.yaml

title: Nunchi Group Reading
description: >-
A Korean social practice of quickly reading the mood, dynamics, and
unspoken context of a room or group before acting or speaking. Nunchi
(literally "eye-measure") is a foundational social skill in Korean
culture for navigating group harmony.

Before joining a room or conversation, pause and observe: who is
present, what is the mood, where is the tension, who holds influence
in this moment.

- headline: Read the unspoken

description: >-

Attend to body language, tone, pauses, and what is not being said.

Note who defers to whom and where energy gathers or withdraws.

- headline: Calibrate your entry
description: >-
Adjust how and when you enter the interaction — what to say, what to
hold, whether to speak at all — based on the reading you have made.

- headline: Continue reading throughout

Nunchi is continuous, not a one-time read. Keep observing as the
interaction evolves and adjust.
outcome: >-
A person enters and participates in a group in a way that fits its
actual dynamics, avoiding missteps and supporting harmony.
practice: >-
Nunchi is not manipulation — it is attention to the collective. The
pause before entering is the practice. Speed of reading comes with
deliberate attention, not with rushing.
