fix: rename seed files and IDs to match cleaned titles
All 100 seed YAML files now have: - Filenames that match their id field - IDs that are slugs of their titles - No cultural identifiers in titles or IDs 70 files renamed. e.g. quaker-meeting-for-worship.yaml -> meeting-for-worship.yaml, moroccan-jmaa-village.yaml -> jmaa-village-assembly.yaml, japanese-hansei.yaml -> hansei-reflection.yaml

description: >-

A traditional Southern African gathering of community leaders for
deliberation on a matter of shared concern. Originating in Nguni
(including Zulu) practice, the indaba is a structured forum for chiefs and
senior members to discuss until consensus is reached.

A senior leader calls the indaba, setting the topic and ensuring all

Each representative gives an opening position on the matter, heard in

Discussion proceeds among the representatives, with the convener

ensuring that senior voices do not dominate and that dissent is voiced

respectfully.

The convener works toward a position that all can accept, summarising

points of agreement and continuing until none object.

The senior leader pronounces the agreed position, which becomes the

A binding communal decision reached through inclusive deliberation, with

all represented groups accepting the outcome.

Indaba takes the time it takes; rushing it breaks the form. The convener's
skill lies in drawing out quiet voices and synthesising rather than
imposing.
