fix: rename seed files and IDs to match cleaned titles
All 100 seed YAML files now have: - Filenames that match their id field - IDs that are slugs of their titles - No cultural identifiers in titles or IDs 70 files renamed. e.g. quaker-meeting-for-worship.yaml -> meeting-for-worship.yaml, moroccan-jmaa-village.yaml -> jmaa-village-assembly.yaml, japanese-hansei.yaml -> hansei-reflection.yaml

title: Community Council

description: >-

A traditional Lenca Indigenous council practice from Honduras and El
Salvador for resolving community matters and maintaining relationship
with the land. The Lenca are one of the largest Indigenous groups of
Honduras, with the council (cabildo) serving governance and cultural
continuity.

steps:
- headline: Convene the cabildo
description: >-
The community elder or elected cabildo head convenes the council.
Members gather in a designated community space, often outdoors.
- headline: Ground in the land
description: >-
The council opens by acknowledging the land and the ancestors, rooting
the proceedings in the community's ongoing relationship with its
territory.
- headline: Hear the matter
description: >-
The matter is presented — a dispute, a land question, a community
project. All affected speak, with elders given particular attention.
- headline: Deliberate for the common good
description: >-
The council deliberates toward what serves the community and the
land, not individual interest. Decisions are framed in terms of
relationship to territory.
- headline: Pronounce and act
description: >-
The cabildo pronounces the decision, and the community acts on it
collectively. The decision binds the community as a whole.
outcome: >-
A community matter is resolved with the land and ancestors held in view,
binding the community to the decision and to its territory.
practice: >-
The land is not backdrop; it is party to the deliberation. Decisions
that ignore the territory's wellbeing fail the form.
