fix: rename seed files and IDs to match cleaned titles

All 100 seed YAML files now have:
- Filenames that match their id field
- IDs that are slugs of their titles
- No cultural identifiers in titles or IDs

70 files renamed. e.g. quaker-meeting-for-worship.yaml -> meeting-for-worship.yaml,
moroccan-jmaa-village.yaml -> jmaa-village-assembly.yaml,
japanese-hansei.yaml -> hansei-reflection.yaml

title: Buddhist Debate
description: >-
A formal debate practice from Tibetan Buddhist monastic education in which

Drepung.

steps:
- headline: Set the roles
description: >-
One person takes the role of challenger (asking) and the other the
defender (answering). The challenger stands; the defender sits.
- headline: Pose the thesis
description: >-
The challenger poses a thesis or question drawn from the text under
study, framing it in the prescribed logical form.
- headline: Defender answers
description: >-
The defender gives a one-word or short answer that commits to a
position, which the challenger will now test.
- headline: Challenger tests with consequences
description: >-
The challenger follows with a sequence of logical consequences
(thal-ching), using claps and gestures to mark each step, seeking to
draw the defender into contradiction.
- headline: Concede or restate
description: >-
The defender concedes if cornered, or restates the position more
precisely. The debate ends when the thesis is either confirmed or
shown incoherent.
outcome: >-
The defender's understanding of the thesis is tested and sharpened
through public logical pressure; the audience follows the reasoning.
practice: >-
The gestures and claps are not theatre — they mark logical steps and
keep the debate's pace. Honour the form; it enables rigour.
