## Agreements
The first step is to set up an agreement about your work with the lab. Before doing this, you might want to come to some meetings and have conversations with MEDLab personnel. But to get involved in earnest, you need a signed agreement with a supervisor in the lab. This lays out some mutual expectations and specifies what you plan to contribute to our collective work.
